Shipping Policy:
Native Threads, operated by Loomcrest Creations, aims to deliver your order safely and on time.
- We currently ship to India only.
- Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary by location, courier delays, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
- We accept prepaid orders only.
- Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment.
- Once your order is dispatched, our shipping partner will share tracking details by email/SMS/WhatsApp, where available.
- Please provide a complete and correct delivery address and phone number to avoid delays or non-deliveries.
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us at support@nativethreads.in within 7 days of delivery, with photographs.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:
Returns: If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us promptly. After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange or refund, as applicable. We accept returns or exchanges for eligible products requested within 7 days of delivery only.
Size exchanges: Please read the sizing and wash care instructions carefully before selecting your size and placing your order. Exchanges are accepted only for size replacements and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be:
- Unused, unwashed and unworn.
- In its original condition and packaging.
- Returned with all tags and labels attached.
- Accompanied by the order details or invoice.
To request a return or exchange, email support@nativethreads.in with your order number, mobile number and reason for the request. Please wait for our instructions before sending the product back. Refunds are processed to the payment source after the returned product is received and inspected, usually within 10 business days. The payment provider or bank may take additional time to credit the amount.
